wxTimeLineEditor
wxTimeLineEditor is a portable tool for creating, editing, and drawing timelines. You can define events and export the result to an image file, setting colours and sizes. This free software is distributed under GPL v2 license. You can read about the origin of this project here (spanish).

No installation required, just extract and run.
